Job summary

Rich’s Products Corporation in the United Kingdom is seeking a production operative for night shifts (1900–0700, Friday and Saturday). The role requires following procedures, maintaining food safety, and helping achieve high-quality, low-cost manufacturing while meeting service levels for customers.

You will work with shift management to maximise line outputs, minimise waste, and ensure traceability and quality standards are met. Accommodations available on request for selection process.

Responsibilities

• Carry out production duties in line with shift management to achieve high quality, low cost manufacture.
• Assist in maintaining a safe working environment and protect associates and guests.
• Ensure products manufactured are safe, legal and compliant with quality standards.
• Maximise line outputs and meet plans, working with shift management, engineering and sanitation to minimise downtime.
• Minimise wastage and ensure effective line cleaning to meet safety standards.
• Maintain administration and systems including traceability, health and safety, GMP and ERP.
• Escalate issues to Shift management promptly and support team morale and development.
