Job summary

Marks & Spencer plc is hiring a Customer Assistant in our Food section. You will be on the frontline, delivering five-star service at pace while meeting customer demand head-on. The role involves nights (Sunday to Wednesday, 22:00–06:00) with an additional £3.00 per hour unsocial premium for those hours.

You will use Sparks and other in-store devices to enhance the customer experience and work as part of a positive, high-energy team, ready to adapt across store areas as shifts change.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing retail experience is a plus.
• Willingness to work night shifts.
• Able to use store digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide five-star service at pace.
• Sell and recommend food products.
• Utilise Sparks and in-store devices to assist customers.
• Work flexibly across store areas as required.
