Job summary

Mundipharma Pharmaceuticals in Cambridge is hiring a Filling & Packaging Line Operator for the Legacy Lines on the night shift. The role is a 2-year fixed-term contract focused on supporting continuity of supply on existing lines while new assets are expanded and trained.

You will operate legacy packaging lines in a GMP-regulated environment, perform changeovers, document batches, and ensure compliance with SOPs and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in a production or regulated manufacturing environment.
• Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing is preferred.
• Packaging machinery certification will be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support setup, start-up, operation and changeovers of legacy filling & packaging lines.
• Complete batch documentation accurately and on time.
• Monitor equipment performance and escalate issues to minimise downtime.
• Package commercial pharmaceutical products per SOPs and GMP.
• Conduct in-process quality checks and ensure product quality.
• Maintain 5S, GEMBA and continuous improvement during shifts.
• Support handovers and collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality and Supply Chain teams.
• Complete line cleaning, batch clearance and related compliance activities.
