Job summary
Mars Wrigley Plymouth is hiring a Multi Skilled Technician to maintain plant equipment with a strong electrical bias and automation focus. The role covers sitewide electrical and mechanical maintenance, with nights from 10pm to 6am and an emphasis on reliability and uptime.

Qualifications
- Engineering foundation with relevant qualification or experience.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve electrical and automation issues.
- Experience in preventative and reactive maintenance.
- Strong problem-solving and cross-team collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve automation and electrical faults in a fast-paced plant.
- Provide plant-wide technical support including PLC/servo/HMI issues.
- Carry out preventative maintenance and breakdown response activities.
- Identify improvements to maintenance processes and reliability.
- Maintain accurate records of work and share knowledge with team.
