Equals One is seeking an experienced Driver and Dispatch Manager in Harrogate to oversee day-to-day delivery operations, lead a driver team and coordinate a fleet of eight vans. The role blends packing, driving, dispatch and fleet coordination with hands-on leadership during night shifts.

The role involves packing, planning routes, supervising drivers, and ensuring on-time deliveries while maintaining records and vehicle checks. Night work is central to the schedule.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in transport, delivery or logistics operations.
• Experience supervising or leading drivers or an operational team.
• Experience coordinating delivery routes, schedules or dispatch.
• Full UK driving licence and strong organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Pack products during the first hours of each shift.
• Load, dispatch and ensure orders are ready for delivery.
• Coordinate daily delivery schedules and dispatch staff.
• Lead the driver team and monitor performance.
• Maintain and coordinate fleet of eight vans and vehicle records.
• Respond promptly to delivery or transport issues.
