Connect Appointments in Leven is seeking a Despatch Administrator to join a busy warehouse and despatch operation on a four-night schedule. You will handle stock control, order entry and the paperwork that keeps the site moving, with three days off each week.

The role offers paid hours at £14.85 per hour, Monday to Thursday nights, 6pm–6am, and a pathway to permanent employment after 12 weeks, with full SAP training provided where needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an administrative or office-based role.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills.
• Good communication skills, both on the phone and face to face.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• SAP experience is an advantage, though full training is provided.

Responsabilités

• Processing stock control functions and entering orders onto the system.
• Checking paperwork for accuracy, completeness and compliance.
• Maintaining organised records and documentation.
• Liaising with internal departments and external customers.
• Providing administrative cover across other departments when required.
