DPD is seeking a Site Manager to lead the night depot operations at Gloucester Depot, coordinating warehouse teams to unload lorries efficiently and sort parcels to meet KPIs. You will monitor performance and drive continuous improvements.

Responsibilities
- Lead a night shift of warehouse operatives, keeping them engaged and productive.
- Oversee unloading of lorries and timely, accurate sortation to KPI targets.
- Ensure CAD % and depot throughput targets are achieved.
- Manage staffing at short notice to cover absences and maintain service.
