Job summary

Complete Care Amegreen, part of CCH, is looking for a friendly Complex Care Assistant to support a young child who is fully dependent for all aspects of care through the night in Flint. You will work closely with families and healthcare partners to ensure safe, compassionate nightly care.

Experience caring for children with complex needs, respiratory management and PEG feeding is valued. We offer full training, DBS coverage, and opportunities for career progression within a people-first care

Qualifications

• Experience caring for children with complex requirements in a home care setting.
• Respiratory management, PEG feeding and catheterisation experience is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Support a young child who is fully dependent for all aspects of care through the night.
• Assist with manual handling, feeds via gastrostomy, ventilation monitoring where required.
• Monitor skin and tissue viability and ongoing health needs.
• Support with continence care and intermittent catheterisations when needed.
