Luton Bennett is recruiting for a CNC Punch Press Setter on a night shift basis in Reading. The role offers a salary of £37,440 to £43,680 and includes a night shift allowance, plus a bonus up to 25% and a comprehensive benefits package.

The position runs Sunday to Thursday, 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM. The successful candidate will set and operate CNC perforating punch press machinery to meet output targets, maintaining high quality and efficiency across shifts.

Qualifications

• Experienced CNC punch press setter.
• Experience within manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Setting and operating CNC perforating punch press machinery.
• Ensure quality standards are met.
• Training with alternating double day shift: 6am–2pm and 2pm–10pm (first 4 weeks).
