Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with CNC perforating presses preferred.
• Ability to read technical drawings and use measuring equipment (micrometres/verniers).
• Familiarity with ISO quality procedures and safe working practices.

Responsibilities

• To set and operate CNC perforating presses.
• To deputise when required for shift team leader.
• To produce quality parts at output targets.
• To carry out checks in line with ISO procedures.
• Ensure quality standards are met and housekeeping is maintained.
• To drive a continual improvement culture within the team.
• Attend meetings and contribute improvement ideas.
• Work as part of the team and support health and safety at all times.
• Assist in developing team competencies and training needs.
