CNC Operator (Night Shift)

Our client is a precision engineering company, looking to expand their team by hiring a CNC Operator!

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Operating a number of Puma and Doosan Lynx machines

• Producing components to ISO9001 Quality Standard

• Interpreting and understanding engineering drawings

• Following work instruction sheets to aid operating

• Utilising Fanuc Operating Systems

• Tip / Cutter change

• Offset Adjustments

• Tolerance Control

• Quality inspection of own work

• 5S and maintaining a good standard of housekeeping and cleanliness

• Adhering to Health & Safety

Ideal Candidate:

• Manual machining experience (Desirable)

• Experience with Mazak (Desirable)

• Adept with Fanuc Operating Systems

• Engineering / Manufacturing background

• CNC Machining experience

Additional Information:

• Monday – Thursday

• Opportunity for overtime

• 22 days holiday plus bank holidays
