Job summary

Kimal is seeking a motivated Cleaning Team Leader to join our busy manufacturing hygiene team at Worcester, UK. The role covers supervising a small cleaning crew, organising tasks, and ensuring a safe, clean workspace across production areas and staff facilities.

You will lead daily briefings, monitor compliance with Health & Safety and COSHH, and train new staff while coordinating with facilities and production teams. This is a hands-on supervisory position on a night shift.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a cleaning or manufacturing team.
• Strong understanding of hygiene and COSHH requirements.
• Hands-on leadership with a can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 4 cleaning operatives and maintain high cleanliness standards.
• Deliver daily team briefings, allocate tasks and train staff as needed.
• Ensure cleaning tasks meet site protocols and perform deep cleans in high risk zones.
