Job summary

Mitie is seeking a Night Shift Cleaning Operative for the NATS site in Whiteley, Hampshire. This full-time role offers 40 hours per week with a night shift pattern from Saturday to Wednesday, 20:45–05:45, delivering high standards of cleanliness in a critical environment.

Applicants must pass SC Clearance and will log tasks using the Merlin system, follow safety procedures and build strong relationships with customers and colleagues to ensure service excellence.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate and read basic English.
• Experience using a CAFM system.
• Previous cleaning experience within commercial buildings.
• Reliable, hardworking and professional in your approach.
• Self-motivated, honest and able to work using your own initiative.
• Flexible and willing to undertake all required training.

Responsibilities

• Use the Merlin system via a mobile device to log tasks, complete checks and record cleaning activities.
• Carry out cleaning duties in line with agreed schedules and site standards.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and correctly at all times.
• Follow all Health & Safety procedures and site requirements.
• Build positive working relationships with customers and colleagues whilst delivering excellent customer service.
