Job summary

Mitie Group plc. is seeking a Night Shift Cleaning Operative at NATS, Whiteley, FH. You will work 40 hours per week, Saturday to Wednesday, 20:45 to 05:45, at an important operational site in Whiteley, performing cleaning tasks to maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.

You will log tasks using Merlin on a mobile device, follow site procedures, and support service delivery for the customer while passing SC Clearance due to site operations.

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning experience in commercial buildings.
• Reliable, hardworking and professional in approach.
• Self-motivated and able to work using your own initiative.
• Willing to undertake all required training and pass SC Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Use the Merlin system via a mobile device to log tasks, complete checks and record cleaning activities.
• Carry out cleaning duties in line with agreed schedules and site standards.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and correctly at all times.
• Follow all Health & Safety procedures and site requirements.
• Build positive working relationships with customers and colleagues whilst delivering excellent customer service.
• Ability to communicate and read basic English.
• Experience using a CAFM system.
• Reliable, hardworking and professional in your approach.

You'll play an important role in ensuring designated areas remain clean, safe and compliant, while supporting excellent service delivery for our customer.

Please note, due to the site operations, you will need to pass an SC Clearance to be successful in the role.
