Job summary

Mitie Group plc. is seeking a Night Shift Cleaning Operative to join our team at NATS in Whiteley, Hampshire. This permanent role runs Saturday to Wednesday, 20:45 to 05:45, with 40 hours per week and a rate of £17.70 per hour. You will log tasks via Merlin and ensure high standards of cleanliness in a critical environment.

The role requires basic English, CAFM system experience, and a reliable, self-motivated approach. Full training is provided and a stable permanent position is offered.

Qualifications

• Experience cleaning commercial buildings.

Responsibilities

• Log tasks using the Merlin system on a mobile device.
• Carry out cleaning duties in line with schedules and site standards.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and correctly at all times.
• Follow Health & Safety procedures and site requirements.
• Build positive working relationships with customers and colleagues while delivering excellent customer service.
