Job summary

Vanta Staffing are recruiting a Class 1 Driver to work for our client in the Reading area. The role focuses on trunking with consistent night work for a prestigious company.

Requirements include 18 months HGV (Cat C+E) experience, valid CPC and Digi Tachograph, and no more than 6 points with no DR/IN. Shift is Monday to Friday from 18:00. Key duties include trunking runs, vehicle checks, and maintaining flexibility to complete runs safely. Applicants must have right to work in the UK.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 months HGV driving (Cat C+E) experience.
• Be able to complete trunking work.
• Have a valid CPC and Digi tachograph.
• No more than 6 points (No DR or IN).

Responsibilities

• Complete trunking runs; trailer swapping will be involved.
• Complete vehicle checks.
• Being flexible and able to complete runs safely.
