Job summary

Vanta Staffing are recruiting for 3 x Class 1 Drivers to work for our client based in the Reading area. This will involve trunking work with consistent shifts and a prestigious company.

Requirements include a minimum 18 months HGV driving (Cat C+E), a valid CPC and digi tacho, no more than 6 points (no DR or IN), and the ability to complete 2-3 runs per day or night. Salary is £18ph days / £19ph nights, working Monday to Friday, with 05:00 starts or 17:00 starts.

• Be able to complete 2-3 runs - Day work / Trunking work - Nights
• Have a valid CPC and digi tachograph
• No more than 6 points (No DR or IN)

Responsibilities

• Complete trunking runs; trailer swapping will be involved - Nights
• Collections and delivery work (2-3 runs) - Days
• Complete vehicle checks
• Being flexible and able to complete runs safely
