Night HGV Class 1 Driver - Trunking & Flexible Shifts

Job summary

Driver Require are recruiting for flexible and experienced HGV Class 1 night drivers to carry out a trunking role for one of our renowned clients located in Basildon.

Start times vary from 17:00 to 20:00, nights, trunking from depot to depot, adhoc shifts and regular vehicle checks. Drivers must hold a valid HGV Class 1 licence, CPC, tachograph card and have at least 1 year of HGV Class 1 experience. Endorsements CU, DD, DR, IN10, TT99, CD or other major endorsements will disqualify applications.

Qualifications

• Valid Driving License HGV Class 1
• Flexible for adhoc shifts
• Valid Tacho and CPC cards
• Minimum 1 year experience driving HGV Class 1 vehicles

Responsibilities

• Trunking from depot to depot
• Adhoc shifts (shifts based on client requirements)
• Regular completion of vehicle checks
• Manual handling of customer products
• Timely and efficient completion of deliveries and transportation
