Qualifications

• Proven experience as Carpentry Working Foreman or Senior Carpenter.
• Strong hands-on carpentry skills with leadership ability.
• Experience on commercial/retail project sites.
• Willing to work night shifts.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry out hands-on carpentry work while supervising site activities.
• Lead and coordinate carpentry operatives to meet the schedule.
• Oversee day-to-day site operations and monitor workmanship.
• Ensure quality and safety standards are met.
• Coordinate with site management and other trades to minimise disruption.
• Ensure materials, tools and equipment are available as required.
• Maintain a clean, safe working environment.
• Identify and resolve site issues to progress the project.
