Shaw healthcare at Trenewydd Care Home in Llanfaes near Brecon is recruiting caring individuals for 25 or 35 hour contracts, with shifts from 21:30 to 07:30. The role focuses on providing person-centred care, assisting with daily living activities and maintaining accurate care records.

Responsibilities

• Providing person-centred care in line with an individual's care plan
• Offering personal care, including bathing, dressing and hygiene
• Maintaining accurate documentation of care delivered, including fluid/food intake, activities and incidents
• Promoting dignity, choice and inclusion
• Working collaboratively as part of a team and supporting colleagues in day-to-day duties
• Maintaining a safe, happy, and caring environment
