Aurem Care’s Hillcrest Care Home in Frodsham is seeking a Care Assistant (Nights) to support residents in maintaining dignity and independence. The role offers night shifts, bank contracts, and a part-time schedule with 22 hours per week, including a night pattern from 8:00pm to 8:00am.

Qualifications

• Providing high-quality personal care and emotional support to residents.
• Building positive relationships and creating meaningful experiences for those in your care.
• Supporting residents with their daily activities and individual needs.
• Maintaining accurate records using our electronic care planning system, Nourish.
• Working collaboratively as part of a dedicated care team.
• Demonstrating kindness, compassion, and professionalism in all aspects of your work.
• Undertaking additional duties as required to ensure the smooth delivery of care services.
