Job summary

Quality Service Recruitment Limited is assisting a Nottingham care home to recruit Care Assistants. You will deliver personal care, follow care plans, and help keep the home running, including night checks.

Require at least 3 months in care, empathetic and organised with good communication. DBS within 6 months or facility paid; sponsorship not offered. Night shifts 1945–0800; £13.15/hr with up to 28 days holiday.

Qualifications

• At least 3 months experience in a residential or elderly care setting.
• Empathetic, patient and highly motivated attitude toward care.
• Strong communication skills and ability to handle sensitive situations.
• Excellent organizational skills for paperwork and records.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personal care maintaining residents' comfort and dignity.
• Follow individual care plans to meet physical and emotional needs.
• Complete logs and report to ensure continuity of care.
• Work with the care team on night checks per the plan.
