Arriva London North Limited is seeking a skilled Night Bus Mechanic to maintain and repair a fleet of London buses at our Enfield garage. You will perform planned and preventative maintenance, diagnose faults, and ensure repairs meet Arriva and DVSA standards.

The role offers permanent full-time employment with overtime opportunities, training on High Voltage/EV, and access to industry-leading certifications. A full UK licence and successful medical clearance are required.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 PSV/HGV or equivalent (proof required).
• 5+ years of PSV/HGV repair/maintenance experience if no formal qualifications.
• Full UK driving licence with 6 points or fewer.
• Ability to pass a PCV pre-employment medical.

Responsibilities

• Perform planned and preventative maintenance on the fleet to Arriva and DVSA standards.
• Diagnose faults and carry out reactive repairs to ensure reliability.
• Prepare vehicles for MOTs and conduct quality checks and maintenance.
• Improve vehicle reliability through proactive maintenance and diagnostics.
