LKQ Europe is seeking a Night shift Branch Assistant in the UK to keep the branch moving. You’ll deliver products, support warehouse tasks and assist at the trade counter, ensuring excellent customer service and smooth daily operations.

The role involves deliveries, stock handling, and using handheld devices and ePOD technology. A full, clean UK driving licence and a flexible, team-focused attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude, great work ethic and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
• Previous experience in a delivery driving, warehouse, logistics or branch support role.
• Full, clean UK driving licence.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy, fast-paced environment.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Understanding of safe working practices and Health & Safety.
• Basic IT skills and confidence using handheld devices or warehouse systems.
• A flexible, reliable and team-focused approach.
• Experience in automotive, retail or logistics sector would be an advantage, though not essential.

Responsibilities

• As a Branch Assistant, support every aspect of the branch operation to deliver excellent service and maintain high standards.
• Deliver products safely, accurately and on time, ensuring customers receive outstanding service.
• Build positive relationships with customers and represent the business professionally at every opportunity.
• Support Click & Collect customers and assist at the trade counter when needed.
• Help resolve customer queries and contribute to a positive experience.
• Pick, pack and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Assist with goods receiving, stock movements and dispatch activities.
• Maintain stock accuracy through daily checks and inventory procedures.
• Support stock takes and safe storage of products.
• Ensure vehicles are clean, roadworthy and compliant with standards.
• Use delivery tech, including ePOD systems and handheld devices, accurately.
• Drive safely and promote a safety-first culture.
