Job summary

LKQ Europe in the United Kingdom is seeking a Branch Assistant to support daily branch operations, combining deliveries, warehouse tasks and counter service to deliver excellent customer experiences.

You will help with deliveries, stock handling, and trade counter assistance, building relationships with customers and ensuring safety and efficiency in a fast-paced environment. Full training provided; a clean UK driving licence is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a delivery driving, warehouse, logistics or branch support role.
• A full, clean UK driving licence.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy, fast-paced environment.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Understanding of Health & Safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Support every aspect of branch operation to deliver excellent service.
• Deliver products safely, accurately and on time.
• Build positive relationships with customers and represent the business professionally.
• Assist at the trade counter and support Click & Collect customers.
• Support warehouse operations including picking, packing, stock movements and stock checks.
• Carry out daily vehicle safety checks and maintain vehicle standards.
• Follow Health & Safety procedures and complete mandatory training.
