Job summary

Kenect Recruitment is hiring Food Production Operatives for a busy Paisley-based food manufacturing facility. Night shifts 16:30–01:00, with weekly pay and a temporary to permanent contract. Join a fast-paced, supportive team and contribute to quality products.

Ideal candidates have good English, a keen eye for detail, and reliability. Prior experience is a plus but full training is provided; physical tasks include lifting up to 20 kg and standing for long periods.

Qualifications

• Good verbal and written English.
• Food manufacturing experience is a plus but not essential; full training provided.
• Excellent attention to detail for quality and consistency.

Responsibilities

• Weigh and measure ingredients according to batch instructions.
• Carry out quality checks to meet company standards.
• Pack, label and prepare products for shipping.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the production area.
• Follow health, food safety and company procedures.
