Sulzer is looking for a dedicated and driven Night Shift Assistant Supervisor to join our team at our state-of-the-art facility in Leeds. As a Night Shift Assistant Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our night shift operations. You will support the Night Shift Supervisor in managing the team, overseeing production processes, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring that all targets are met.

Your main tasks and responsibilities:

• Assist the Night Shift Supervisor in managing the team and production schedule
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Monitor and maintain quality standards throughout the shift
• Troubleshoot any issues that arise and ensure timely resolution
• Motivate and support team members to achieve performance targets

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Previous experience in a supervisory or team lead role within a manufacturing environment
• Strong understanding of health, safety, and quality standards
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• A proactive and hands-on approach to problem-solving
