Job summary

Gloucester Services is seeking a Nights Service Leader to head the 10pm–6am shift in our catering department. You will lead a fast-paced, high-volume team, ensuring top-quality food delivery, customer service, and brand standards while training new staff and maintaining cleanliness.

You must be over 18 and show strong communication skills and a can-do attitude, with a passion for our home-made products and a commitment to delivering a unique customer experience.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in a fast paced catering environment is advantageous.
• Strong communication and a can-do attitude to maintain brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Effectively leading your shift, managing and supporting colleagues, deploying staff to meet customer demand.
• Ensuring the team deliver excellent customer service and brand excellence.
• Ensuring daily and weekly procedures are carried out and company standards are maintained at all times.
• Supporting the training of new colleagues through induction and refresher training.
