Job summary

Eurest, part of Compass Group UK&I, is seeking an experienced Catering Supervisor to oversee all catering and service operations on a 30-hour per week contract. You will lead kitchens and counters, ensure exceptional food and customer service, and support overall brand standards across shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years in catering environments.
• Hold a valid Basic Food Hygiene certificate.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Able to lead and develop teams to deliver high standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food to high standards for service.
• Supervise culinary and catering teams to ensure exceptional service.
• Regularly communicate with line manager to monitor KPIs and targets.
• Represent Eurest and maintain a positive brand image.
• Liaise between customers and service teams to exceed expectations.
• Train and support teams to excel in their roles.
