Job summary

Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Night Senior Carer to oversee night-time care and support for residents across a dedicated care home. You will supervise Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager and assist clinical tasks such as medications, care plans and reviews.

Qualifications

• Warm-hearted and compassionate carers with a patient-focused approach.
• NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care is required.
• Knowledge of clinical care for the elderly is essential.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and inspire a team of Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager.
• Support the clinical team in areas such as medication, assessments, care plans or care reviews.
• Ensure residents' dignity and preferences are respected in a warm, welcoming environment.
