Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Night Senior Carer to lead a caring team in a Barchester care home. You will supervise Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager and assist the clinical team with medication, assessments, and care plans, ensuring each resident receives person-centred support.

You will value residents' dignity and preferences, contributing to a warm, welcoming and vibrant home environment and opportunities for ongoing training and development.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care is required.
• Knowledge of clinical care for the elderly.
• Warm-hearted, compassionate and committed to providing each resident with individualized care.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and inspire a team of Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager.
• Support the clinical team in areas such as medication, assessments, care plans or care reviews.
• Respect residents' dignity and preferences and help create a warm, welcoming and vibrant environment.

Formation
