Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Night Senior Carer to supervise and inspire a team of Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager at a care home. The role involves supporting the clinical team with medication, assessments, and care plans while ensuring residents receive person-centred care with dignity.

Qualifications

• Warm-hearted, compassionate and committed to giving each resident individualised care and support.
• NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care with clinical care knowledge for the elderly.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and inspire a team of Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager.
• Support the clinical team in areas such as medication, assessments, care plans or care reviews.
• Respect residents' dignity and preferences and contribute to a warm, welcoming environment.
