Job summary

Creative Care is seeking a Night Senior Support Worker in Leicester to deliver person-centred care within our Leicester Complex Care Service. The role involves 36 hours per week, with an hourly rate of £13.34, and requires resilience and the ability to respond to situations calmly.

You will work under the Service Manager, mentor colleagues, support residents with complex needs using PBS approaches, and participate in safeguarding and training. Full training provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a senior role.
• Desirable: experience supporting people with disabilities, older people, dementia or mental health needs.
• Desirable: experience working as part of a team.
• Good verbal and written communication skills; ability to listen sensitively.

Responsibilities

• Mentor new colleagues during induction to support high-quality care.
• Participate in supervision, observation and appraisal processes.
• Provide effective communication including accurate written reports.
• Follow WCL financial procedures.
• Maintain a safe environment and support safeguarding.
• Deliver high-quality care per support plans and policies.
