Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care required.
• Knowledge of clinical care for the elderly.
• Willingness to develop through ongoing training.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and inspire a team of Care Assistants.
• Support the Deputy General Manager and clinical team with care delivery.
• Contribute to care plans, assessments, reviews and medication oversight.
