Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Night Senior Carer to lead and support a team of Care Assistants in a dedicated care home. You will work alongside the Deputy General Manager to deliver person-centred care, assist with clinical duties and ensure high standards of dignity and respect for residents.

The role involves supervising staff, contributing to care plans and reviews, and maintaining a warm, welcoming environment for all residents and their loved ones.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care is required.
• Knowledge of clinical care for the elderly is essential.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and inspire a team of Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager.
• Support the clinical team in areas such as medication, assessments, care plans or care reviews.
• Respect residents' dignity and preferences, contributing to a warm, welcoming environment.
• Play an active part in creating a vibrant care setting.
