Job summary

Agincare UK Limited in Weymouth is seeking a Bank Night Senior Care Assistant to join our care team. You will lead high-quality, person-centred care for residents, support with daily living tasks, and supervise colleagues during night shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months right to work in the UK (or eligible for Skilled Worker visa sponsorship)
• Level 2 Health & Social Care qualification (or actively working towards Level 3)
• Flexibility to work night and weekend shifts as and when required (night shifts are 8pm to 8am)
• A caring, confident team player with proven leadership qualities
• Demonstrated experience in a care professional role

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, person-centred care and lead the care team
• Assist residents with personal care while respecting dignity and independence
• Accurately administer medication
