Job summary

Agincare Weymouth is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to provide high-quality personal and domestic care to clients in their own homes. You will support and mentor new team members and help maintain care standards through spot checks.

We value empathy, reliability, and a positive attitude. A full UK driving licence is required, with 40 hours per week and flexible shifts between 7am and 10pm, including alternating weekends. Sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months' care experience, compassionate and positive attitude.
• NVQ level 2 (preferable).
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own car.
• Availability to work 40 hours per week with flexible shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality personal and domestic care to clients in their homes.
• Support and mentor new members of the care team.
• Carry out occasional spot checks to maintain care standards.
• Build positive relationships with clients and their families.
