Newlands Care Home, part of Care Concern Group, in the Heaton Moor area of Stockport, seeks a dedicated Senior Care Assistant to lead a night shift and deliver high-quality, person-centred care for our 69-bed home. • Minimum NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care; Level 3 desirable or willingness to work towards.
• Medication administration training with competency is essential.
• Experience supporting or leading a care team is beneficial.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
