Job summary

Fairfield Residential Home in Oxford is seeking a dedicated Senior Care Assistant (Nights) to support residents with dignity and person-centred care. You will build relationships, promote independence, and work with the care team to maintain high standards in a warm, welcoming environment.

The role is permanent and part-time (to be agreed) with an hourly rate of £15.17. Applicants should hold a Level 2 Diploma in Care or equivalent, bring empathy and reliability, and be prepared to work nights

Qualifications

• Level 2 Diploma in Care or equivalent qualification.
• Demonstrated empathy, reliability and team spirit.
• Willingness to work night shifts in a residential setting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Vision and Values in all decisions and care.
• Ensure dignity, independence, and respect for residents.
• Work with health, safety and wellbeing policies in mind.
• Support team leaders in care planning on PCS system.
• Administer and manage medications per policy.
