Job summary

Fairfield Residential Home in Oxford is seeking a Senior Care Assistant (Nights) to support residents with empathy and professionalism. You will help residents maintain independence, uphold dignity, and assist with daily routines within a caring team.

The role offers permanent, part-time hours and a focus on person-centred care, with training and development support provided. A Level 2 Diploma in care or equivalent is preferred.

Qualifications

• Level 2 Diploma in care or equivalent qualification required.
• Ability to build meaningful relationships with residents and support independence.
• Empathy, reliability, confidence and teamwork are essential.
