Job Title: Senior Care Assistant

We are seeking a compassionate Senior Care Assistant to provide exceptional care to our residents, addressing their physical, psychological, and social needs. Your responsibilities will include assisting with personal care activities such as washing, dressing, and meal support, as well as managing medication rounds and leading shifts.

We welcome applicants with previous experience as a Care Giver, Homecare Worker, or Community Support Worker. Full training is provided, and we also encourage candidates without prior senior experience but with a genuine passion for care and a valid qualification to apply.

• Level 3 in Health & Social Care or Care Certificate (training provided, so these are desirable but not essential)
• Experience in a Care Home environment (desirable but not essential)
• Leadership experience
