Senior Care Assistant - Night Shift

A premier care home in Malvern is seeking an experienced Healthcare Assistant (HCA) to join their team as a Senior Care Assistant, supporting excellent care through the night.

This purpose-built home recently opened its doors to provide top-level residential, respite, and dementia care, just a stone's throw from the Malvern Hills. It features specialist interior design, modern conveniences, and beautiful outdoor spaces to offer a truly luxurious home experience.

As a Senior Care Assistant, you will support the more advanced elements of care, such as medication management and care plans, and mentor junior team members to ensure a comfortable overnight environment and high quality of life.

This is a permanent, full-time position working night shifts.

Person Specification:
  • (Essential) At least 2 years' experience working within an elderly care setting
