About The Role
Please note: These roles are full-time, 38.5 hours per week, with 12-hour shifts and unpaid breaks, on a 3 on/3 off rotation.
As a Night Senior Care Assistant at Brinnington Hall Care Home, kindness will be at the core of everything you do. It influences every aspect of our care. Your responsibilities include planning and delivering care that promotes residents' security, dignity, and independence. You will get to know residents and their families to help develop personalized care plans. Leading a team of Care Assistants, you'll be responsible for maintaining high standards of care and positively influencing the team. Your duties may involve assisting with mobility, end-of-life care, social activities, and medication administration.
Maintaining accurate records and building strong team relationships are key aspects of your role. Safeguarding is everyone's responsibility; you must recognize signs of abuse, harm, or neglect and know how to respond appropriately. All colleagues will attend safeguarding training relevant to their role and may undertake additional training as needed.
