Job summary

Mitie Group plc. is seeking a Nights Security Officer to cover a 4 on 4 off shift from 7pm to 7am.

The role requires SIA and CCTV licences and the ability to operate in accordance with Assignment Instructions to protect property and people. You will be responsible for maintaining safety standards, complying with UK laws, updating incident records, and completing required training to support continuous self-development.

Qualifications

• Front-line licence in Security Guarding or Door Supervision is required.
• CCTV PSS SIA Licence is required, plus any contractually required courses.

Responsibilities

• Protect our customers' property, people and assets per Assignment Instructions and KPIs.
• Complete tasks on site as defined in the published Assignment Instructions.
• Refer to and review Assignment Instructions to identify improvements.
• Ensure compliance with UK Law and Guidance bodies and renew licences before expiry.
