Mitie Group plc is seeking a reliable Night Security Officer to join our security team in Edinburgh, EH12 area. This part-time role features 2 consecutive night shifts followed by 7 nights off, offering a favourable work-life balance while ensuring site safety.

You will protect personnel and property, comply with Assignment Instructions, maintain incident logs, and complete required training, including front-line and CCTV licences, to uphold client standards and company policy.

Qualifications

• Previous security experience
• SIA License
• Ability to commute to site

Responsibilities

• Protect property, people and assets per site AI's and changes
• Meet KPIs/SLA targets to support contract retention
• Undertake required training and renew licences before expiry
• Comply with policies, regulatory requirements and site instructions
• Maintain accurate incident notebooks and report incidents promptly
