Job summary

Victorian Plumbing is seeking three Security Operations Assistants to join our Skelmersdale team, serving as the first line of defence in a gatehouse setting. You will patrol, monitor CCTV and help manage access to protect staff, premises and assets.

We require an SIA licence (and CCTV qualification) and a proactive, independent approach. This permanent role offers 38.5 hours per week, 3 on 3 off night shifts (19:00–07:00) with a 1-hour unpaid break, and a competitive salary including a night

Qualifications

• Self-starter with initiative and ability to work independently.
• Adaptable to dynamic environments and flexible shifts.
• Strong attention to detail to identify issues.
• SIA licence and CCTV qualification are mandatory.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in security or facilities management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular patrols to deter threats and monitor access.
• Monitor CCTV and respond to incidents in a timely manner.
• Manage visitor and delivery access and maintain logs.
• Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a safe on-site environment.
