Job summary

Kingdom Group is seeking a professional Security Officer for Sanctuary Supported Living's Lyndon Lodge in Leicester. You will oversee security, reception and concierge tasks, welcoming residents, visitors and staff while maintaining a safe environment.

The role requires a valid SIA Licence and strong communication skills; you will sign in/out visitors, monitor access, and respond to incidents on a 21:00–07:00 shift with 40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Valid SIA Licence required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Independent and able to complete accurate reports and logs.
• Five-year checkable employment history.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and sign visitors in and out.
• Monitor access to the building and CCTV.
• Carry out regular patrols and incident responses.
• Complete site reports and maintain records.
• Assist with contractor access and health and safety inspections.
