Job summary

Ward Security is seeking an experienced Security Officer to safeguard one of Buckinghamshire’s largest business parks in Aylesbury. You will provide excellent customer service, perform ID checks, respond to emergencies and maintain a professional environment.

The role requires a valid SIA Door Supervisor and CCTV licence, and emphasizes strong communication, IT literacy, and a polished presentation. Pay is £13.91/hour with Friday–Sunday night shifts.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in security or door supervision.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• High standard of personal presentation and professional demeanour.

Responsibilities

• Act as information point for staff and visitors.
• Guard access points and manage entry.
• Conduct foot patrols and deter security threats.
• Investigate incidents and follow policy on accidents, trespassing, and safety.
• Complete daily reports with observations and footage as applicable.
• Operate pass systems and firefighting equipment as required.
