Position: Night Security Officer

Location: Fitzroy Place

Working Hours: 4 days on, 4 days off 1900 - 0700

Salary: £27,728 per annum (depending on experience)

Contract: Permanent

Development Details:

This role will be based at a residential development located in Fitzrovia, consisting of 289 residential apartments. The development circles a stunning landscaped courtyard and includes commercial office units and a restored Grade II Chapel. The development is located a short distance away from Oxford Circus and Great Portland Street tube stations.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements:

• You’ll be someone who cares passionately about creating a positive, clean, and safe environment for residents, guests, and your team.
• You’ll be a true expert in customer service, who uses this to engage, communicate and inspire others.
• You’ll have an understanding of Health and Safety processes at a residential development.
• You have a good eye for detail, carrying out regular inspections and cleaning, reporting any defect and health and safety concerns.
• Your team matters to you; you support them, work together, and build strong working relationships with residents, guests, and external contractors.
• You’ll be in possession of a door supervisor SIA licence.
