Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our Security Department as a Security Officer. You will be responsible for the safety and security of staff, guests, and visitors, conducting routine security and entrance checks, and supporting the wider security team. The role requires tact, trust, and diplomacy, with the ability to assess situations quickly and respond appropriately.

Entry Requirements

• Security experience is essential, preferably in a high-expectation or 5-Star environment.
• Knowledge of emergency, fire, and first aid procedures.
• The ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong observational skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
• A polite and professional attitude towards internal and external guests.
